1. Our policy
We respect intellectual property rights and follow the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293). We also accept notices in the format of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not check every upload for copyright before it is posted.
2. Send a takedown notice
Email [email protected] with:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- The work you own (or represent) that you believe is infringed.
- The exact link(s) on Iodine Solutions to the content you want removed.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We review complete notices, usually within a few working days. If valid, we remove or disable the content and tell the uploader, including a copy of the notice (we may hide your private contact details).
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or you have permission, email [email protected] with your contact details, the removed content's link, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your agreement to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and your signature. We may restore the content unless the claimant tells us they have started legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are permanently banned.
6. False claims
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may make you legally responsible for damages. If you are not sure whether something infringes, get legal advice first.
